Holidays in The Sun – Original Flower Meadow Painting
Inspiration
This painting is inspired by long lazy summer days spent in the countryside where all that can be heard is the song of the birds and the buzzing of insects. I always like to create a journey in my paintings where you can wander, I like to feel that you have to brush through the flowers during your walk. There is a pretty little cottage by a lake where yachts are sailing.
Materials
This original flower meadow painting is on canvas board with acrylic paints and mediums. The board measures 6″ x 8′, the price includes a white wooden bespoke gallery frame, the overall size is approximately 9.5″ x 11.5″. It is strung and ready to hang straight onto your wall. I love to build up texture and create lots of detail in my art, my use of mediums also adds glitter and shine!
