Isle of Wight Art Print – A Passing Storm, Floral Landscape
This painting was inspired by the view from “The Pepperpot” on St Catherines Down on the Isle of Wight, looking over to the west of The Island, affectionately known as ‘The Back of The Wight’. We have been lucky enough to have taken many walks in this area and very often stood looking out to sea watching storms over The English Channel. They often pass The Island by, but on the odd occasion when we have been drenched the sun quickly comes out again – hence the title!

All our prints are gallery quality and are produced on 240gsm archival paper using Epson Ultra Chrome pigment inks.
Mounted prints are sent in clear protective bags with backing boards. We use textured, antique white, acid free, white core mounts to ensure that they will remain in perfect condition for years to come.
For our framed prints we use contemporary frames in either black or white which are ready to hang straight on your wall. We use acrylic rather than glass to frame our 15” x 12” prints as it is safer to send, it will not affect your viewing experience at all.
Unmounted prints are also available. A2 prints are sent in cardboard tubes, please note that the image shown above may differ slightly due to the print ratios. Please see the A2 section to see the exact image.
We also offer Hand Embellished prints (HE), which I hand finish with a medium that adds sparkle and shine, mimicking the light that would fall on the landscape in the natural world. Because I add this by hand, every picture is different, giving you a unique piece of art for your wall.
