This painting is framed in a high gloss white ‘stepped’ frame, the overall size is approximately 26″ x 22″.
This painting was inspired by the change in season and several lovely woodland walks in the spring sunshine where the leaves are gradually unfurling and everything is fresh and green. I created the randomness of the leaves with flicking and spattering, I used small brushes for the flowers, dropping colours into other colours to create slightly abstract flowers. The painting was finished with sparkle and mediums to create texture and shine.
